چکیده
hydrochlorothiazide (hct) is a diuretic agent which is shown to be effective in the treatment of hypertension. literature reports have demonstrated that urinary excretion data may be used to assess the bioavailability of various formulations containing this thiazide. also hct consumption by the athletes is one of the drugs which should be regulated by world anti-doping agency (wada), because of this fact that urinary excretion of this agent may be a sign of other stimulant consumptions before competitions . so proposing a fast and sensitive quantification method is very important in medicinal aspects. in the present study, performance of the dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (dllme) technique for determination of hydrochlorothiazide in urine samples was evaluated and validated. experimental design through a 2(7-3) fractional factorial design was used during method optimization. among the seven factors and their intractions, seven of them as the extraction solvent, volume of extraction solvent and the urine ph was considered to be significant through pareto charts and anova results.under optimal condition, linear range in 0.1-50 mgl -1 with (r2=0.998) was obtained and lod, loq, intraday rsd and between day was 15.60 ?gl-1, 51.50 ?gl-1, %0.59 and %7.49 respectively. the matrix effect was studied and it was shown that the performance of the method was scarcely affected by the endogenous compounds presented in urine samples. the proposed method was validated on different

Determination of Phenol and Carvacrol in Honey Samples Using Dispersive Liquid-Liquid Microextraction and Experimental Design for Optimization
A very simple, rapid and sensitive dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) followed by gas chromatography and flame ionization detection (GC-FID) was developed for the determination of phenol and carvacrol in honey samples. A mixture of 100 µl dichloromethane (extraction solvent) and 0.5 ml acetonitrile (disperser solvent) was rapidly injected into sample solution. Thereby a cloudy sol...
متن کاملAnalysis of losartan and carvedilol in urine and plasma samples using a dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction isocratic HPLC-UV method.
BACKGROUND A simple, precise and sensitive HPLC method has been developed for simultaneous determination of carvedilol and losartan in human plasma and urine samples. The analytes were extracted by a dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction method. A mobile phase of 15 mM sodium dihydrogen phosphate buffer (pH 4.0)/acetonitrile/2-propanol (70/27.5/2.5, v/v/v) was used to separate the drugs usin...

An efficient, sensitive and fast method was developed based on an ultrasound-assisted extraction followed by an ion-pair dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (USAE-IP-DLLME) for the simultaneous determination of five commonly used synthetic sulfonate dyes (tartarazine, quinoline yellow, sunset yellow, azorubine, and brilliant blue) in ice cream samples using high performance liquid chromato...

A high-performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection method was developed and validated to simultaneously determine tramadol (TMD), metamizole (MTZ), ropivacaine (RPV), and bupivacaine (BPV) in the presence of 4-methylaminoantypirine (4-MAA), the metabolite of MTZ, in analgesic mixtures samples used in Patient Controlled Analgesia (PCA). Chromatographic separation is achieved with a C...
