چکیده

امروزه در صنعت مخابرات و مهندسی الکترونیک به خاطر مزیت های سوئیچ های نوری در مقابل سوئیچ های الکترونیکی و ...، تحقیقات گسترده ای بر روی تکنیک های ساخت این نوع سوئیچ آغاز شده است. سوئیچ نوری دستگاهی است که سیگنال ها را قادر می سازد که درمدارهای نوری، به صورت انتخابی از یک مدار به مدار دیگر سوئیچ شوند. در این پایان نامه نوعی سوئیچ نوری بر اساس مدهای wgm طراحی کرده ایم.در این پایان نامه با جفت کردن یک موجبر به یک میکرودیسک مدهای wgm را در آن فعال می کنیم. پس از آن با جفت کردن موجبری دیگر در سمت مخالف سیگنال ورودی عبور کرده و سوئیچ کامل می شود. ما هم‏چنین میکرودیسک این سوئیچ را به نانوذرات نقره آغشته کرده ایم و در هر دو حالت چند مورد از پارامترهای مهم سوئیچ را برای قطبش te و tm محاسبه کرده‏ایم. نتایج نشان می‏دهند که در حالت te با وجود نانوذرات نقره، سوئیچ تک‏طول موج را عبور می‏دهد. در هر دو حالت قطبش نیز وجود نانوذرات نقره بر روی عبور سیگنال تأثیر گذاشته و تا حدودی باعث بهبود پارامترهای سوئیچ طراحی شده می‏شوند.
