چکیده
دیازپین و دیازسین ها یک گروه از مهمترین ترکیبات هتروسیکل به شمار می روند. ترکیبات 4،1-دیازپین از سال 1960 به دلیل فعالیت بیولوژیکی به شدت مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته اند. در این تحقیق ابتدا حدواسط های 2-(3،1-دی اکسو-h1-ایندن (h3)2-ایلیدن)مالونونیتریل و اتیل 2-سیانو 2-(3،1-دی اکسو-h1 ایندن(h3)2-ایلیدن)استات از واکنش ناین هیدرین با مالونونیتریل یا اتیل سیانواستات تهیه شدند. سپس این حدواسط ها را با برخی از مشتقات 2،1-فنیلن دی آمین ها در حلال اتانول تحت شرایط رفلاکس واکنش داده و به این ترتیب ترکیبات 4،1-دیازپین و 4،1-دیازسین سنتز شدند. خالص سازی محصولات از طریق تبلور مجدد درحلال های اتانول و اتیل استات انجام شد و ساختار این محصولات به وسیله ی روش های طیف سنجی از جمله ft-ir ،1h-nmr ، 13cnmr و آنالیز عنصری شناسایی گردید.
