We study the construction of substitution tilings plane based on certain simplicial configurations tangents deltoid with evenly distributed orientations. The random tiling ensembles are obtained as a result tile rearrangements in rules associated to edge flips. Special types for Euclidean, spherical and hyperbolic three-manifolds also considered.
