افزایش dna به محلول لیگاند شیف باز موجب کاهش شدت جذب در اسپکتروفتومتری لیگاند ، افزایش ویسکوزیته محلول، افزایش در طیفهای فلورسنس و تغییرات کانفورماسیونی شدید در طیف دورنگ نمایی چرخشی dna شده است. این نتایج نشان دادند که این لیگاند شیف باز می‏تواند به طریق intercalation با dna برهم‏کنش بدهد. نتایج ژل الکتروفورز نیز نشان دادند که این لیگاند قادر به ایجاد cleavage در puc 18 plasmid dna می باشد. ا...

We report a simple fluorometric method for detection of single-nucleotide changes in RNA using graphene oxide (GO) and RNA-cleaving DNAzyme. The fluorescent DNA probe (F-DNA) was annealed to RNA fragments generated by RNA cleavage with DNAzyme specific to mutant RNA. The F-DNA-RNA duplex attenuated the quenching of F-DNA fluorescence by GO.
