Microscopic examination also revealed non-caseating epithelioid granulomatas within the adjacent stroma and some of these granulomata contained centrally located malignant cells. Granulomatous inflammation was not present within the lymph nodes and the importance of this rare occurrence is discussed.

We present a case of sarcoidosis whom presented with multiple nodules on tattood skin accompanied with facial pulsy, parotid enlargement and uveitis.

A case of bilateral intraosseous tumor of the calcaneus with different MRI imaging is presented. On the left, radiological findings suggest intraosseous lipoma, but on the right-sided lesion, imaging studies were not convincing. The microscopic report showed foreign body granulomatous reaction, a rare clinical pathological discordant.
