本研究では,鋼橋連結部周辺に生じる腐食損傷に対するCFRPシートを用いた補修工法に関する検討を行った.具体的には,H形鋼の上下フランジを添接板とトルシア型高力ボルトを用いて連結した鋼桁を製作し,4点曲げ試験を行った.ここでは,添接板際の鋼桁上下フランジ幅方向にザグリ加工を与え腐食損傷を模擬した.また,CFRPシート補修では従来の設計・施工マニュアルとは異なり,従前の基礎検討より,補修部のテーパー長を1:10から1:5に変更し,断面欠損部における高伸度弾性パテ材の塗布位置を不陸修正材上から鋼材表面とした.有限要素法による解析的検討も援用して,応力低減の観点から補修効果を評価したところ,設計・施工マニュアルから決定されるCFRPシート積層数ならびに今回の施工方法から,十分な補修効果が得られることが分かった.
