Ten patients with parasellar metastatic lesions presented with insidious painful or painless ophthalmoplegia. Visual loss secondary to a chiasmal syndrome was identified in three of them. A mass lesion was demonstrated by CT scan with precise outlining of the location and size of the lesion.
