In this paper, we introduce the novel parameters indicating Normalized Tenacity ($T_N$) and Normalized Toughness ($t_N$) by a modification on existing Tenacity and Toughness parameters.  Using these new parameters enables the graphs with different orders be comparable with each other regarding their vulnerabilities. These parameters are reviewed and discussed for some special graphs as well.

The compound 2-[(1E)-2-(1H-pyrrol-2-yl)ethenyl]-quinoxaline (PQX) is a promising fluorescent chromophore for the estimation of protein binding site polarity, due to its full-color solvatochromic fluorescence. A linear relationship was obtained between the peak emission wavenumber and E(T)(N) (normalized solvent polarity). The BSA binding site polarity was estimated from the solvatochromic plot.

We propose a simple method to efficiently probe dynamical nonstationarity in observed time series. In a space time-index plot, the density distributions as a function of normalized time-index are V-shaped due to nonstationarity.
