In this paper we study fuzzy soft matrix based on reference function.Firstly, we define some new operations such as fuzzy soft complement matrix and trace of fuzzy soft matrix based on reference function. Then, we introduced some related properties, and some examples are given. Lastly, we define a new fuzzy soft matrix decision method based on reference function.

According to the dual coding theory, differences in the ease of retrieval between concrete and abstract words are related to the exclusive dependence of abstract semantics on linguistic information. Argument structure can be considered a measure of the complexity of the linguistic contexts that accompany a verb. If the retrieval of abstract verbs relies more on the linguistic codes they are ass...

S ometimes, adopting technology seems an attractive option for those of us who are faced with an improvement challenge. For example, we purchase more state-of-the-art devices if we deem them to be the solution to our ineffective processes and systems. However, technology is not a panacea for the skills we lack or for every improvement issue we encounter. Instead, it is a tool that complements o...

Rhythmic entrainment, or beat synchronization, provides an opportunity to understand how multiple systems operate together to integrate sensory-motor information. Also, synchronization is an essential component of musical performance that may be enhanced through musical training. Investigations of rhythmic entrainment have revealed a developmental trajectory across the lifespan, showing synchro...

We show that the complement of the closure of the coamoeba of a variety of codimension k+1 is k-convex, in the sense of Gromov and Henriques. This generalizes a result of Nisse for hypersurface coamoebas. We use this to show that the complement of the nonarchimedean coamoeba of a variety of codimension k+1 is k-convex.

For an arbitrary continuum in the complex plane with connected complement we study the rate of its approximation from outside by lemnis-cates in terms of level lines of a conformal mapping of onto the exterior of the unit disk.

We empirically study a dynamic platform competition in the online daily deals promotion industry characterized by intense rivalry between two leading promotion sites, Groupon and LivingSocial, that broker between local merchants and local consumers. We find that, for a comparable deal, the incumbent Groupon enjoys a significant advantage in performance measured in the number of coupon sales, wh...

The article reports on an acoustic investigation into the duration of five American English vowels, those found in hid, head, had, hayed, and hide. We compare duration across three major dialect areas: the Inland North, Midlands, and South. The results show systematic differences across all vowels studied, with the longest durations in the South and the shortest in the Inland North, with the Mi...

We study a two-class classification problem with a large number of features, out of which many are useless and only a few are useful, but we do not know which ones they are. The number of features is large compared with the number of training observations. Calibrating the model with 4 key parameters--the number of features, the size of the training sample, the fraction, and strength of useful f...
