This paper studies a cooperative encirclement interception guidance law against maneuvering target that utilizes leader–follower control scheme. The design is decoupled into two parts. In the line-of-sight (LOS) direction, fixed-time distributed disturbance observer presented to estimate of target. Based on proposed observer, designed for followers guarantee each follower’s total flight time ac...

This paper proposes three different distributedevent-triggered control algorithms to achieve leader-followerconsensus for a network of Euler-Lagrange agents. We firstlypropose two model-independent algorithms for a subclass ofEuler-Lagrange agents without the vector of gravitational po-tential forces. By model-independent, we mean that each agentcan execute its algorithm...

The source follower circuit is used as a voltage buffer and level shifter. It is more flexible level shifter as the dc value of voltage level can be adjusted by changing aspect ratio of MOSFETs. It is desired to have low output resistance for such applications. Source follower can give minimum output resistance 1/(gm+gmb) with load resistance and channel resistance tending to infinity. The supe...

A field study of 84 registered nurses and their supervisors revealed that leaders' perceptions of leader-follower attitudinal similarity and follower extraversion were positively related to the quality of leader-follower exchanges. Neither followers' locus of control nor growth need strength was found to be significantly correlated with the quality of the exchange between leaders and followers.

This paper revisits a well studied leader-following consensus problem of linear multi-agent systems, while aiming at follower nodes' transient performance. Conventionally, when not all nodes have access to the leader's state information, distributed observers are designed estimate state, and coupled via communication network. Then each node only needs track its observer's independently, without...

To address present and future leadership needs, a model of authentic leader and follower development is proposed and examined with respect to its relationship to veritable, sustainable follower performance. The developmental processes of leader and follower self-awareness and self-regulation are emphasized. The influence of the leader’s and followers’ personal histories and trigger events are c...

Previous studies have established the relationship between ethical leadership and a variety of positive follower outcomes. They have investigated a number of psychological mechanisms that mediate these relationships. In terms of mediators, follower organizational identification has been found to mediate the relationship between ethical leadership and follower job performance. In this research, ...

Raft is a fast, scalable, understandable consensus algorithm widely used in distributed systems. The Leader handles client requests and interacts with other servers to reach consensus, so stable, reliable, powerful crucial for the cluster. We designed policy-based voting mechanism make elected as reliable possible. In order improve asymmetric relationship between Followers Leader, we trigger ne...

This paper considers the leader-follower tracking control problem for linear interconnected systems with undirected topology and linear dynamic coupling. Interactions between the systems are treated as linear dynamic uncertainty and are described in terms of integral quadratic constraints (IQCs). A consensus-type tracking control protocol is proposed for each system based on its state relative ...
