Sinus Histiocytosis with Massive Lymphadenpathy

In this paper the authors reported 2 cases of Sinus Histiocy-tosis . The first , an 11 year s o1d gir1 with massive 1ymphadnopathy of 10 CM diameter and 3 months duration otherwise normal. Paraclinic exams wer normal including BM. Diagnosis was confirmed by cervical node biopsy. She was followed clinically and was cured in 8 months. The second case, a 6 years old boy with massive cervical lymphadenopathy of 5 CM diameter otherwise normal. Paraclinic exams.were normal including Immunoelectrophoresis and a negative Mono test . ESR was 66mm in the first hour. Diagnosis was confirmed by cervical node biopsy .
