Responsibility of Cosmetic Surgeons with Three Bases of Fault Statistics, Fault Theory and Risk Theory

The present research, which is descriptive-analytic, answers the basic question of which basis of responsibility is more consistent with the doctors of the surgeon (pure) and closer to justice ?! Among the various types of foundations of doctors' responsibility, in the more or less complicated process of treatment and treatment, the underlying assumption of fault is more closely aligned between the theory of fault and the theory of danger, especially in the present era, to the social justice and social purpose of the target community. It seems that, contrary to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Articles 495-497 of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the relevant clauses, the surgeon is purely guarantor of the losses suffered by his clients, unless otherwise agreed by the harmful Doctor. Proof of the need to pay particular attention to the subject matter of the article is that often large volumes of youth and adolescents impose time and expenses on the family and, ultimately, the community without the fact that the cause of the disease And the supplier of health, but on the contrary, if balanced and preventive measures do not comply with these measures, This leads to the formation of litigious cases, and the medical community, in contradiction to their letter of intent to protect the health of the community from illness, removes its share of its original mission or mission.
