Introduction Nurses' behaviors and behaviors and decisions in the field of their activities, like other government employees, are emerging in the functioning of the state. These acts and behaviors are governed by the principles that are known as the principles governing administration. These principles, which include must and do not, are the behavior and services of the nurses Under the rule of law, it gives legitimacy to it. In spite of this, there is a lot of damage in this area that leads to inefficiency and dissatisfaction. It is necessary to identify and eliminate existing injuries. This article addresses the pathology of nursing practice and suggests patterns for its elimination. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the pathology of nursing careers in office and to attempt to provide a suitable solution for extraneous injuries. Materials and Methods: This is a scholarly study that examines the actions and behaviors of government employees, including nurses, and the implementation of these practices in health centers and the health sector with the rules and regulations governing administrative practices and with accurate pathology These precise scientific practices and practices have suggested a model for eliminating these injuries. RESULTS: This investigation was carried out with the discovery that many nursing staff injuries in their area of ​​service and health in general were due to factors such as lack of transparency of acts, lack of transparency of the law, unqualified jurisdiction, lack of oversight Or faulty monitoring, defective administration, decision making and mistaken decision making, misconception in the interpretation and enforcement of law, and other matters identified in this research. Conclusion: This problem is addressed by clarifying the actions of nurses and making the right decisions, clarifying the law and other matters that are stated in the research. There are rules that govern the behavior and decisions of employees. These rules are a set of must and do not seek to establish order and justice in society. The general feature is binding and has a performance guarantee. Work and occupation constitute the main part of life for most people in the community and is associated with the symbol of value of his or her social status. The nature and complexity of the work is such that it requires attention from different angles. The pathology dimension is significant in behavior, normality, psychology, efficiency, and so on. Because of the heterogeneity resulting from the lack of attention to these business angles, the rules and principles governing the administrative practice in the success of the office and the employee in achieving the goal are not effective. As a result, government performance goes down.
