Developing a ChatBot to Answer Spatial Queries for use in Location-based Services

This paper designed a Chat Bot that can talk and answer users' questions based on their location. This Chat Bot is a 24-hour smart system that Without fatigue, and the influence of environmental stimuli Provides service to users. Users who use this Chat Bot have 98% satisfaction compared to other available services. Conversational text chat capabilities, quick response, ease of use and a sense of human interaction are among the reasons for the satisfaction of the Chat Bot users.
