Bacteriological Study of Asymptomatic Urinary Tract Infections in Pregnant Women in Tehran

Des infections Microbiennes de l'apparell urinaire se voient beaucoup en periode de grossesse. Chez 25% des femmes enceintes, la bacterurie sans symptomes aboutit a une infection symptomatique des voiles urinaires dans les mois ulterieurs de la grossesse, c'est pour cette raison qu'il est utile de demander, comme routine, des examens bacteriologiques d'urine, surtout pendant la grossesse. Dans notre etude, 265 fem mes enceintes sont examinees au service prenatal de l'hopital J ahanshah Saleh, les resultats obtenus sont: 1-La Bacterurie n'a pas une relation directe avec l'age. 2-11 ya une relation directe entre la bac terurie sans symptomes et le nombre des gros-sesses pre1laolc. 3- - La bactuurie a une relation dir2cte avec les mois de grossesse. 4- Il semble qu'il y ait une relation directe entre le niveau D'instruction, !'acquisition d2s princi.pes d'hygiene chez les femmes enceintes et la bacterurie. 5- La bacteruri2 n'a pas de relation avec la richesse des familles. 6-- Au point de vue des relations trouvees entre la bacteriologie et la biochimie de l'urine, ii faut not2r Jes points suivants: - IJ y a une certaine relation entre !'exis tence d'albumine dans l'urine avec la b:1cterurie. - 11 n'y a aucune relation entre 12 diabete et la bacterurie. - II n'y a aucune relation entre le pH et la bccterurie. -- La bacteruric n'est pas toujours liecs a la pyurie. C'est a cause de }'importance de la fonction du systeme urinaire des femmes enceinte qne je signale !'examen bacteriologique des urines.
