چکیده مقاله:
سرب از فلزات سنگینی است که موجب آلودگی محیط زیست شده و اثرات متعددی بر ساختار، رشد و تولید مثل گیاهان دارد. در این تحقیق اثر سرب بر ساختار تشریحی برگ گونه L. Hypericum perforatum مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. بدین منظور یک دسته از گیاهان تحت تیمار آلوده کردن خاک با سرب با غلظت های صفر، 75، 150،300، 600، 800، 1000و 1500 میلی گرم در کیلو گرم خاک و گروه دیگر تحت تیمار محلول پاشی بر سطح برگ با غلظت های 724/0، 44/1و 9/2 میلی مولار به مدت 14 روز در شرایط گلخانه ای قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاصل از مطالعات آناتومی و اندازه گیری های سلولی نشان داد که با افزایش غلظت سرب در خاک، بیشترین تغییرات ساختاری در بافت های اپیدرم، مزوفیل و دستجات آوندی و کلانشِیم برگ ایجاد می شود. همچنین در تیمار محلول پاشی نیز سمیت سرب بافت های اپیدرم، مزوفیل و دستجات آوندی و کلانشِیم و کانال های ترشحی برگ را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد.
