بررسی هیستولوژی ساختمان فاسیکلی اعصاب Chorda-Tympani, Lingual در ناحیه دندان مولار سوم تحتانی

آسیب عصب Lingual یکی از شایعترین عوارض جراحیهای دندانهای مولار سوم تحتانی است و از طرفی، بعد از جراحی میکروسکوپی ترمیم عصب Lingual آسیب دیده، حس چشایی در مقایسه با حس لامسه 3/2 قدامی زبان یا اصلا احیا نمی شود و یا به صورت بسیار جزیی احیا می گردد. در بررسی هیستولوژی اعصاب Chorda-tympani, Lingual ناحیه دندان مولار سوم تحتانی بدست آمده از 200 جسد تازه سازمان پزشکی قانونی کشور، مشخص شد که فاسیکلهای Chorda-tympani بطور گسترده ای در میان فاسیکلهای عصب Lingual پخش می شوند و لذا پس از جراحی میکروسکوپی ترمیم عصب Lingual در این ناحیه، شانس برخورد با فیبرهای چشایی و ترمیم آنها بسیار کم است.
