abstract
هدف: این مطالعه به منظور بررسی و مقایسه اثر q-switched nd yag laser و erbium laser در درمان ضایعات پیگمانته انجام شده است. روش مطالعه: 116 فرد مبتلا به ضایعات پیگمانته از نوع فرکل و خال وارد مطالعه شدند که 58 مورد با استفاده از q-switched nd yag laser و 58 مورد با لیزر erbium درمان شدند و در نهایت میزان اثربخشی (از بین رفتن کامل ضایعات) در دو گروه تعیین و مقایسه گردید. یافته ها: در این مطالعه، پاسخ به درمان در 1/93 درصد از بیماران در گروه اربیوم و در 7/70 درصد در گروه q-switched مشاهده گردید که اختلاف آماری معناداری را نشان می داد (p=0.002). نتیجه گیری: در مجموع بر اساس نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه و مقایسه آنها با سایر مطالعات انجام شده در این زمینه چنین استنباط می شود که لیزر اربیوم دارای میزان اثربخشی بیشتری در قیاس با لیرز q-switched در جهت درمان ضایعات پیگمانته پوستی می باشد.
