abstract
استفاده گسترده وروزافزون مواد مخدر طی دهه های اخیر در سراسر جهان محققین را علاوه بر پیشگیری و درمان به فکر تحقیق و بررسی مشکلات بالینی و مسائل پزشکی ناشی از اعتیاد به مواد مخدر انداخته است. اختلالات و صدمات کبدی ناشی از اعتیاد به مواد مخدر یکی از این مشکلات بالینی می باشدکه از مدتها پیش مورد بحث و مطالعه بوده است.برای بررسی چگونگی این تاثیر و اختلالات بوجود آمده ، اولا" اطلاعات دقیق راجع به انواع مواد مخدر و ساختمان شیمیایی آنها و چگونگی متابولیسم و مکانیسم اثرشان در بدن لازم می باشد.ثانیا" احتیاج به شناخت و درک جنبه های تشریحی کبد و مجاری صفراوی از سطح کلی و ماکروسکپی تا تک تک سلولهای کبدی و اجزای سلولها و همچنین عملکرد پیچیده کبد می باشد. در ادامه به بیان موضوع تحقیق ،روشهای عملی ،عملیات آماری ، یافته ها و در پایان به بحث ونتیجه گیری از این تحقیق،می پردازیم.
