Tuberculosis and Pregnancy

Abstract:

بطور کلی علائم بالینی سل در زنان حامله، مشابه سایر افراد مبتلا بوده و به محل ضایعه و وسعت آن بستگی دارد. مطالعات انجام شده بر روی ۲۷ زن حامله و زایمان کرده نشان دهنده علائم مشروحه ذیل بوده است: سرفه (۷۴٪)، کاهش وزن (۴۱٪)، تب (۳۰٪)، بی حالی و خستگی (۳۰٪)، خلط خونی (۱۹٪) و تقریبا در ۲۰٪ بیماران نیز هیچگونه علامت خاصی وجود نداشت. تست داخل پوستی توبرکولین نیز در ۲۶ نفر مثبت بود. در تمام این افراد تشخیص قطعی توسط کشت خلط داده شد. ۱۶۰ نفر از این بیماران، به سل مقاوم به درمان مبتلا بوده که سیر بالینی آنها نشان دهنده آلودگی وسیع ریه، عوارض ریوی شدید، طولانی تر شدن زمان مثبت شدن خلط و تبدیل شدن آن به منفی و وقوع مرگ و میر بیشتر بود.
