Survey the Reasons for not Seeking Prenatal Care

Abstract:

چکیده : این مطالعه به منظور تعیین علل عدم انجام مراقبت های دوران بارداری صورت گرفته است. روش مطالعه توصیفی بوده که بر . روی ۷۲۹ خانم مراجعه کننده جهت انجام زایمان به مرکز آموزشی درمانی الزهرا (س) رشت در سال ۱۳۷۷ انجام گرفت. نمونه های پژوهش برای رفع تأثیرات فصلی مراجعات به مدت یکسال انتخاب شدند و اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه گردآوری شد. در این بررسی مادران فاقد مراقبت، به کسانی اطلاق گردید که تعداد دفعات مراجعه آنان کمتر از ۴ بار در طول حاملگی بوده است. در این میان ۳۳۶ نفر (۴۴ / ۹ %) فاقد مراقبت بودند. نتایج بافته ها نشان داد بیشتر افراد مراجعه کننده به این مرکز را افراد روستائی (۵۵/۸ %) تشکیل می دادند. بیشترین درصد افراد فاقد مراقبت بیسواد (۶۶ / ۹ %) ، کشاورز(۸/ ۶۱%) و دارای سن بالای ۴۰ سال (۶۶/ ۷ %) به علت عدم آگاهی فاقد مراقبت دوران بارداری بودند. بررسی آزمون آماری کای در ارتباط معنی داری بین وضعیت مراقبت با بعد خانوار، میزان تحصیلات مادر، شغل و تعداد حاملگی را نشان داده است ( ۰/ ۰۰۱>P). . با توجه به نقش گسترده و حساس ماها و متخصص زنان برای ارائه خدمات بهداشتی جهت سلامت مادر و جنین به نظر می رسدکه برای آگاه نمودن مادران و ارتقاء سطح بهداشتی آنان باید بیشتر کوشید.
