Abstract:

Nous presentons le cas d'un jeune homme de 25 ans qui s·est presente a notre service avec le symptomatologie de !'abdomen aigue. Les investiga­tions preoperatoire ne montrent pas J'etiologie de son etat.  A.laparotomie on trouve une tumeur polypeuse (Lymphangiome) de la muqueuse jejunale causant l'invagination et la necrose de la paroi intestinale.
