Nous presentons le cas d'un jeune homme de 25 ans qui s·est presente a notre service avec le symptomatologie de !'abdomen aigue. Les investigations preoperatoire ne montrent pas J'etiologie de son etat. A.laparotomie on trouve une tumeur polypeuse (Lymphangiome) de la muqueuse jejunale causant l'invagination et la necrose de la paroi intestinale.
