Provide a Model of Happiness for Primary School Students (Caseof study :Tehran)

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to provide a model of happiness for primary school students in Tehran. The present study in terms of fundamental purpose, in terms of data is an exploratory mix (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of nature and type of study in the qualitative dimension of the data is the type of emergence and in the quantitative dimension is a cross-sectional survey. The statistical population of the present study is in the qualitative dimension of all professionals in the field of happiness such as psychologists and sociologists, educational sciences and in the quantitative dimension of all managers, educational assistants and sports teachers in Tehran, which includes (220 men and 280 women). Accordingly, in the qualitative dimension by purposeful sampling method of conscious type of research sample size of 16 experts in this field and in the quantitative dimension with the help of cluster random sampling method 334 people (144 males, 190 females) constitute the sample size of the present study. . The assessment tool of the present study was a semi-structured interview form that was developed by open coding and axial coding methods. The mentioned form was finalized with the help of interviews and Delphi technique of experts through selective coding. The validity of this important matter was confirmed with the help of experts. In the quantitative dimension, a questionnaire consists of 121 questions, which is compiled from the conversion of the interview form saturated by the experts and by giving weight to the indicators. The validity of the questionnaire was calculated through Cronbachchr('39')s alpha and was equal to 0.958. Its validity was obtained with the help of content and confirmation validity which was relatively high. The method of data analysis in the qualitative dimension includes the open coding method, axial coding, which after the theoretical saturation of experts, the happiness model based on 3 dimensions, 11 components and 121 indicators has been finalized. In the quantitative dimension, a confirmatory factor analysis was performed using the test, which consists of 3 dimensions, 11 components and the final model of the happiness model was approved. Its dimensions include family (parent relations, education, economy), school (teacher, principal, classmates, staff) and environment (culture, society, security, rules and regulations, media), respectively..
