Presenting a Model for Promoting Theorizing Chairs (Free Thinking) in Universities and Higher Education Centers

Abstract:

Purpose: The main purpose of this study was to provide a model for promoting theorizing chairs (free thinking) in universities and higher education centers in the country. Method: This researcher was a mixed type and the statistical population of the present study included members of the faculty of Tehran province, 343 people (male and female) were selected as a sample. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The total alpha coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.91, which indicates that the instrument used had a good reliability. The method of data analysis in the qualitative part was theoretical coding;Also in the quantitative part, data analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistics and exploratory factor analysis was performed using SPSS-V26 software, and Amos 23).  Results: Using factor analysis model, in which there were leadership, administrative and academic factors, also, the indicators of reducing burnout were determined by the employees of the central organization. Out of 54 items, due to the fact that all factor loads were above 0.6, so none of the factors were eliminated, all three of the above components were accepted as factors in the model of reducing burnout in employees of the central organization.  Conclusion: Based on the research findings, the model was confirmed in the "very desirable" state.
