Abstract:

Eternity is a human basic instinct. So he does his best for it. Cryonic is a hypnotically way for life extension via cooling patient body whit purpose of recovering and curing in future. This method raised various legal problems including the patient incapacity, his wife status, heritage, children custody and financial duties. It seems this kinds of problems has a root in patient status of life or death. If one suppose him dead so his wife can marry again, his property will be distribute, his children custody devote to other couple. But if we suppose cryonic patient alive, he the whole rights and duties like other citizens. His wife may due to hardship gain the verdict of divorce from court.
