Abstract:

The inheritance of Olmsted syndrome that is a very rare congenital with transgredient palmoplantar keratoderma is distinguished by the presence of massive hyperkeratosis with fissured skin and periorificial chaps. It usually appears during the early life and mostly in male pateints.
