Abstract:

براساس پیشنهاد  کالج متخصصین زنان و زایمان آمریکا اندازه گیری هموگلوبین و هماتوکریت جزء مراقبتهای روتین مامایی در بسیاری از بیمارستانهای ایالات متحده می باشد.هر چند که در حال حاضر به دلیل خطر بالای عفونتهای منتقله از خون استفاده از تزریق خون کاهش یافته و اندازه گیری هماتوکریت بطور روتین پس از زایمان نیز بایستی مجددا مورد بررسی قرار گیرد.
