Assessment of a method for measuring serum thyroxine by radioimmunoassay, with use of polyethylene glycol precipitation.
We assessed the efficacy of a new thyroxine radioimmunoassay kit (Abott) in which polyethylene glycol is used to separate bound from free hormone.
