Low Esophagus Carcinosarcoma: Introducing Three Cases
Authors
Abstract:

True Carcinosarcoma of the Esophagus: Report of a Case
Carcinosarcoma of the esophagus is a malignant neoplasm involving both carcinomatous and sarcomatous components. We report a patient with true esophageal carcinosarcoma who underwent laparoscopy-assisted surgery. An upper gastrointestinal barium study revealed a lobulated intraluminal filling defect in the lower intrathoracic esophagus. The patient underwent esophagectomy and regional lymphaden...

Epitheloid osteosarcoma (carcinosarcoma) of the bone is a rare malignant tumor and only a few cases have been reported in the literature. In this study, we report two cases of osseous carcinosarcoma (epitheloid osteosarcoma) with immunohistochemical studies. The morphological and immunohistochemical data in these two cases support the theory of divergent differentiation of primitive, uncommitt...

Lipogranulomatosis or Farber's disease in a rare autosomal recessive disorder characterized by swollen, tender joints, periarticular and subcutaneous nodules, horsncss and progressive aphonia. full textIntroducing Three Worlds of Mathematics
For several years I have been working with Eddie Gray and others on the ways in which we conceptualize different kinds of mathematical concept were particularly interested in the distinction between objects formed in geometry (such as points, lines, circles, polyhedra) and concepts studied in arithmetic, algebra and symbolic calculus (numbers, algebraic expressions, limits). We concluded that t...

The granulocyte-colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF)-producing esophageal carcinosarcoma is extremely rare in esophageal cancer. In the present case, multidisciplinary therapy, which is surgical resection with preoperative chemotherapy, has been effectively treatment to granulocyte-colony-stimulating factor producing esophageal carcinosarcoma of the esophagus.
