Larynx and Esophageal Lesions in Herpetic Disease

Abstract:
Les Lesions Laryngees et oesophayiennes de la maladie herpetique ant ete decrit recemment sur 5 cas (Annales de radiologie). Ces lesions ont evolue vers une stenose organique de l'oesophage dans 3 cas. L'aspzct radiologique de ces stenoses et lear evolution sont tres pronches des stenoses caustiques. Un cas personnel de stenose oesophagienne de Ce meme type, 3 ans apres une episode aigue d'une rougeole suivi d'une genE- respiratoire persistante pendant 2 ans est presente. Vue le diagnostic base uniquement sur l'anamnese des parents on se pose les questions suivante:. 1. Est-ce que notre malade a vraiment ete atteint d'une maladie rougeoleuse ou d'une affection herpetique. 2. Vue l'etiologie virale des deux affection, les les stenoses organiques de l'oesophage peuvent egalement se voir dans la rougeole?
