Abstract:

‎By substituting the usual notion of open sets in a topological space $X$ with a suitable collection of maps from $X$ to a frame $L$, we introduce the notion of L-topological spaces. Then, we proceed to study the classical notions and properties of usual topological spaces to the newly defined mathematical notion. Our emphasis would be concentrated on the well understood classical connectedness, quotient and compactness notions, where we prove the Thychonoff's theorem and connectedness property for ultra product of $L$-compact and $L$-connected topological spaces, respectively.

A note on specialization L-preorder of L-topological spaces, L-fuzzifying topological spaces, and L-fuzzy topological spaces

It is shown that, for any spatial frame L (i.e., L is a complete lattice generated by the set of all prime elements), both the specialization L-preorder of L-topological spaces introduced by Lai and Zhang [Fuzzy preorder and fuzzy topology, Fuzzy Sets and Systems 157 (2006) 1865–1885] and that of L-fuzzifying topological spaces introduced by Fang and Qiu [Fuzzy orders and fuzzifying topologies,...

METACOMPACTNESS IN L-TOPOLOGICAL SPACES

In this paper the concept of metacompactness in L-topologicalspaces is introduced by means of point finite families of L-fuzzy sets. Thisfuzzy metacompactness is a natural generalization of Lowen fuzzy compactness.Further a characterization of fuzzy metacompactness in the weakly inducedL-topological spaces is also obtained.

$L$-fuzzy approximation spaces and $L$-fuzzy topological spaces

The $L$-fuzzy approximation operator associated with an $L$-fuzzy approximation space $(X,R)$ turns out to be a saturated $L$-fuzzy closure (interior) operator on a set $X$ precisely when the relation $R$ is reflexive and transitive. We investigate the relations between $L$-fuzzy approximation spaces and $L$-(fuzzy) topological spaces.

Finitistic Spaces in L-topological Spaces

In this paper the concept of finitistic spaces in L-topological spaces is introduced by means of α-Q-covers of open Lsubsets. Also a characterization of finitistic spaces in the weakly induced L-topological spaces is obtained. Moreover the behavior of finitistic spaces under various types of maps such as fuzzy perfect maps is also investigated. 48 T. Baiju and Sunil Jacob John

Semicompactness in L-topological spaces

The concepts of semicompactness, countable semicompactness, and the semi-Lindelöf property are introduced in L-topological spaces, where L is a complete de Morgan algebra. They are defined by means of semiopen L-sets and their inequalities. They do not rely on the structure of basis lattice L and no distributivity in L is required. They can also be characterized by semiclosed L-sets and their i...

L-fuzzifying topological vector spaces

The main purpose of this paper is to introduce a concept of L-fuzzifying topological vector spaces (here L is a completely distributive lattice) and study some of their basic properties. Also, a characterization of such spaces in terms of the corresponding L-fuzzifying neighborhood structure of the zero element is given. Finally, the conclusion that the category of L-fuzzifying topological vect...
