Abstract:
Ischemic colitis is now a well recognized clinical entity. The classification proposed by Marston(6) in three groups dependent on outcome . (Ischemic colitis with gangrene, Sit ecture Ischemic colitis, transient Ischemic colitis). Much has been writen recently concerning the radiographic diagnosis of Ischemic entrocolitis both occlusive and Monocclusive type(14). In nonocclusive type there are some factor;hypotension, infection,oral contraceptives(8).and ..... We report one case that we think the predisposing factor was hypotension. This patient came to us with partial occlusion signe.we fond in his past history food intoxication, schok,rectal hemorage.And system of Ischemic colitis that pathology accepted this.
