Investigate individual and organizational predictors of trust in supervisor in nurses

Abstract:

Introduction: Concerning this fact that trust in supervisor could result in positive organizational consequences, the goal of this research was an investigation of the relationship between psychological capital, perceived interactional justice and supervisor support with trust in supervisor. Material and methods: the investigation was descriptive and correlational. Statistical society was all Hamadan hospital nurses. 250 participants by simple random sampling. Research tools were psychological capital questionnaire, interactional justice questionnaire, supervisor support and trust in supervisor questionnaire. Data evaluation was done by Structural equation modeling by using of SPSS19. Results: The results showed that there is significant positive relationship between psychological capital, perceived interactional justice with trust to supervisor but there is no relationship between supervisor support and trust to supervisor Conclusion: Psychological capital, perceived interactional justice and supervisor support can predict trust to supervisor so pay attention to this variables suggested to supervisors and managers.
