Information Success Factors and Business Intelligence: Case of Tehran Electricity Distribution Company

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the relationship between information success factors and business intelligence in industry (Greater Tehran Power Distribution Company) and prioritize it using the network analysis process (ANP) by Super Decision software. Research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of research method. The statistical population includes the official employees of the Greater Tehran Electricity Distribution Company - Northwest Executive Deputy; In the spring of 1396, there are 561 people. The research was based on data collected from 228 subjects, based on the Cochran's formula using a relative stratified sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed through SPSS, Smart PLS and Super Decision software. The results of identifying and prioritizing the factors of information success and intelligence in the Greater Tehran Power Distribution Company; Showed that the priorities of information success factors in business intelligence (Greater Tehran Power Distribution Company); The policies to be implemented include: coordination, organizational devotion, information technology infrastructure, excess information, education, and information technology capacity.
