Abstract:

یکی از شکایات شایع دوران حاملگی، اختلالات معده ای روده ای (GI) است. اطلاع از میزان بروز و چگونگی اختلالات معده ای روده ای، نوع مراقبت از بیماران حامله را تعیین خواهد کرد. در این مقاله تغییرات فیزیولوژیک، بیماریهای عفونی، بیماریهای اتوایمون و تشکیل زخم در سیستم گوارشی دوران بارداری مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. هم چنین در مورد درمان و اثرات آنها روی جنین و نیز اثر حاملگی روی انواع اختلالات معدی روده ای شرج داده شده است.
