Abstract:

بنابه تخمین سازمان بهداشت جهانی در سال، ۵ میلیون زن در کشورهای درحال توسعه به عوارض شدید دچار می شوند، که تعداد زیادی از آنها، فیستولهای ناشی از علل مامایی هستند، (فیستول های مثانه - واژن و یا رکتوم - واژن) این مقاله سعی می کند تشریح کند که: چرا هنوز این فیستولها اتفاق می افتند. بررسی راههای جلوگیری و نحوه درمان می تواند راه گشایی برای زنانی که دچار این ناراحتی ناخوشایند می شوند، باشد.
