Abstract:

Nous presentons un cas d'hematopoiese extra­medullaire chez une fille de 16 ans. Cette fille etait attainte d'une thalassemie mineure. Le foyer d'hematopoiese extramedullaire se pre­sentait comme une masse tumorale dans le mediastin posterieur. Avant !'operation, le dia­gnostic differentiel des tumeurs mediastinales et surtout des tumeurs neurogeniques - a ete evoque.
