Abstract:

شب ادراری اختلال شایعی در بین کودکان است، بطوریکه ۱۵ درصد کودکان پنج ساله، ۷ درصد کودکان هفت ساله و احتمالا یک درصد نوجوانان به آن مبتلا هستند. شب ادراری در مقایسه با برخی از اختلالات مزمن شایع، در بین کودکان، از اهمیت کمتری برخوردار است. برای بسیاری از کودکان، شب ادراری یک گرفتاری مصیبت بار است که به مخفی کاری، احساس گناه و کاهش اعتماد به نفس منتهی میشود. این احساس مصیبت ، به والدین نیز منتقل میگردد، چرا که هم نگران بهبودی کودک خود هستند و هم زحمت شستن رختخواب آلوده را برعهده دارند

Comparison of desmopressin and enuresis alarm for nocturnal enuresis.

Fifty children with primary nocturnal enuresis were randomised for a study comparing desmopressin (DDAVP) and enuresis alarm.
