Effect of oxadiazon herbicide (Ronstar) on some blood indices in dices in Silver carp (Hypophthalmicthys molitrix).

author

Abstract:

Oxadiazon is a selective herbicide used to control weeds in agriculture. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of oxadiazine herbicides on fish phytophagous fish indexes. After adaptation of 270 species of phytophagous fish with an average length of 1 to 13 cm and an average weight of 50 to 100 grams to reservoirs each having a capacity of 12 liters They were placed. The concentrations of each reservoir were 5 and 10 mg / L, respectively, of oxadiazone. Dandruff blood samples were taken from 3 treatments (each treatment with 3 replicates) completely randomly every 12 hours to 72 hours. The results showed that hematocrit and hemoglobin and red blood cells were significantly different in other treatments (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between mean blood hemoglobin concentration and mean blood hemoglobin between control and treatments (P>0.05). There was a significant difference in white blood cell count, eosinophil count, lymphocyte, monocyte, neutrophil in control treatment with other treatments (p<0.05). One of the reasons for the changes in some of  the blood indices is due to a disruption of the hematopoietic process of the fish.

Evaluation of Silver Nanoparticles Ecotoxicity in Silver Carp (hypophthalmicthys Molitrix) and Goldfish (carassius Auratus)

Recently, commercial nanometer sized silver is extensively used for its antibacterial effect; however, nanoparticles may also have ecotoxicological effects after being discharged into aquatic ecosystems. Nanometer sized silver can flow into water ecosystems, where it can exert a variety of physiologically effects in aquatic animals, including fish. The current research aimed to examine the effe...

Detection of lethal concentration (LC50) of diazinon in Silver Carp (Hypophthalmicthys molitrix) and Roach (Rutilus rutilus)

Aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of diazinon toxicity (LC50) on silver carp and roach fry for measuring resistnce of these fishes. Roach with an average weight of 7 ± 1 g and silver carp 30 ± 1 g were studied to measuring lethal concentration LC50 at 96 hours. Experiment was used with a completely randomized design in 9 treatments and 3 replications for both silver carp and roach. ...

Effects of Atrazine (Herbicide) on Blood Biochemical Indices of Grass Carp (Ctenopharhyngoden idella)

Atrazine is currently the most widely used herbicide in agriculture for the production of corn and other crops in the world. In the present research, the effect of acute and chronic toxicity of atrazine (herbicide) on blood biochemical indices of grass carp (Ctenopharhyngoden idella) an important species of commercial fish was studied. In acute toxicity, pollutant toxicity to fish was tested by...

Effect of 2-phenoxyethanol anesthesia on some haematological and biochemical indices of silver carp (Hypophthalmichthysmolitrix)

In this study, the anesthetic effects of 2-phenoxyethanol (2-PE) on possible primary (cortisol level) and secondary (haematological indices and glucose level) stress responses were studied in silver carp (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix). Fish were first exposed to 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7 and 0.9 mL/L 2-PE, also the time to induction (deep anesthesia) and recovery were measured. At concentrations of 0.5, ...
