Abstract:

L'echocardiographie trouve de plus en plus une place importante dans L'evaluation des di­verses cardiopathies tant acquises que Congeni­tales. Cette technique, non sanglante et atrau­matique a surtout l'intcrrct de Pouvoir etre re­pete a volonte.  Ainsi l'echoc'.lrdiographie rend de servic-:: certains dans L'etablissement du bilan preopera­toin: des cctrdiooathies valvulaires sifrequente en Iran.  Et surtout elle permet de suivre sans diffi­culte ces malades en periode post-operatoire im­mediate et lointaine.  Dans cet article l'a.b.c. de l'echocardiogra­phie est rappele, et ses differents aspects dans quelques card{opathies frequentes est passe en revue.
