Early Amniocentesis - Results, Dangers and Practical Problems

Abstract:

موضوع: هدف این گزارش ازریابی تجربیات آمنیوسنتز در هفته ۱۲ حاملگی و قبل از آن است. طرح مطالعه: گزارش پزشکی از ۹۳۶ بیمار در هفته ۱۲ / ۸ . حاملگی و قبل از آن که جهت بررسی ژنتیکی، آمنیوسنتز شدند از اول اکتبر ۱۹۸۶ تا ژوئن ۱۹۹۰ از لحاظ سن حاملگی - اندیکاسیون - تکرار آمنیوسنتز - مشکلات آمنیوسنتز و نتایج حاملگی ارزیابی گردیدند. نتایج: ۲ هفته بعد از آمنیوسنتز اسقط گزارش شد ( % ۰٫۷) ۲۱ سقط قبل از هفته ۲۸ حاملگی (۲ / ۲ ) - و چهار مورد مرگ جنین یا مرگ نوزاد ( ٪۰ / ۴ ) - میزان کل تلفات ( ۳/۴٪ ). ۲۶موردجنین با نقایص کروموزومی (۲/۸٪) وجود داشت. میزان سقط خود بخودی در حاملگیهای طبیعی که قبل از هفته ۱۴ حاملگی سونوگرافی میشدند بدون انجام آمنیوسنتز ۲/ ۱٪ تا ۳ /۲٪ تخمین زده میشود. جمع بندی : آمنیوسنتز در هفته ۱۲ حاملگی برای بیمارانی که خواستار کسب اطلاعاتی از وضع ژنتیکی جنین خود قبل از زایمان هستند روشی مناسب میباشد.

Club foot, an adverse outcome of early amniocentesis: disruption or deformation? CEMAT. Canadian Early and Mid-Trimester Amniocentesis Trial.

An association between the occurrence of club foot and early amniocentesis has been reported. The largest of these randomised studies was the Canadian Early and Mid-Trimester Amniocentesis Trial. Data describing the neonatal outcome, focusing on this association, are presented. Possible mechanisms for the association and the implications for the development of club foot are discussed.
