SUMMARY In an investigation in summer· 1993 in health centers, 431 faecal samples from children with diarrhea were examined. In 14 (6 girls and 8 boys) 3.25 percent with modified Ziehl -Neelson Staining technique Oocyst of cryptosporidium has been demonstrated and the results discussed.
