Abstract:

Some new 3-(alkylsulfanyl)- 7-chloro-1-phenyl-1H-pyridazino [4,3-e][1,3,4]thiadiazine were synthesized  by treatment of the alkyl-2-phenylhydrazinecarbodithioates with 4-bromo-3,6-dichloropyridazine in alkaline acetonitril. Orientation of the reaction has been determined by X-Ray crystallography technique. The chlorine atom on the number 7 position of these products was replaced by secondary amines in reflux condition.

1-(4-Bromo-3-chlorophenyl)-3-methoxy-3-methylurea (chlorbromuron)

In the title urea-based herbicide, C(9)H(10)BrClN(2)O(2), there exist multiple inter- and intra-molecular inter-actions. Most notably, the intra-molecular hydrogen bond between the urea carbonyl O atom and an aromatic H atom affects the planarity and torsion angles of the mol-ecule by restricting rotations about the Ar-secondary amine N and the secondary amine N and the carbonyl C. The two N at...

4-(4-Bromo-3-methyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-6-(but-3-ynyloxy)pyrimidine

There are two mol-ecules in the asymmetric unit of the title compound, C(12)H(11)BrN(4)O. The dihedral angles between the pyrazole and pyrimidine rings are 1.28 (17) and 1.56 (17)° in the two mol-ecules. In one of the mol-ecules, the but-3-yn-yloxy side chain is disordered over two sets of sites in a 0.714 (8):0.286 (8) ratio.

6-Bromo-4-[(3-chloro-4-methylphenyl)iminomethyl]-2-methoxy-3-nitrophenol

In the title compound, C(15)H(12)BrClN(2)O(4), the configuration of the C=N double bond can be described as trans. The two aromatic rings in this Schiff base are nearly coplanar with a dihedral angle between their mean planes of 15.4 (2)°. In the crystal, molecules are linked via O-H⋯N and C-H⋯O interactions.

4-Bromo-3-methylanilinium perchlorate

In the title compound, C(7)H(9)BrN(+)·ClO(4) (-), the cations and anions are linked by inter-molecular N-H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming a two-dimensional network parallel to the ab plane.

Methyl 4-bromo-3-hydroxybenzoate

In the title compound, C(8)H(7)BrO(3), the meth-oxy-carbonyl group is twisted at a dihedral angle of 8.06 (4)° with respect to the benzene ring. In the crystal, mol-ecules are connected by O-H⋯O hydrogen bonds into helical chains running along the b axis.
