Abstract:

اصولا، از طرح های پیشنهادی در زمینه ایجاد تنوع در نحوه زایمان پشتیبانی می شود، در نتیجه ماماها ملزم به توجه بیشتر در کسب مهارت این روش می باشند، تا بتوانند خدمات لازم را برای زنان داوطلب بطور کامل ارائه دهند. اکثر خانمها معتقدند که زایمان در منزل برای آنها مناسب تر است. ماماها نیز با سعی و تلاش خویش در انجام نقش خود مصمم بوده و باید پیشامدهای احتمالی را پیش بینی کنند. بررسیهای انجام شده نشان می دهد که گرچه ۸۵٪ از ماماها فکر می کنند که قادر به ارائه کامل خدمات مامایی به زنان تحت پوشش می باشند، لیکن در ۳۲ درصد آنها این احساس وجود دارد که بایستی در یک مرکز کاملا مجهز ارائه خدمت نمایند
