Abstract:

Sustainable development is the result of fundamental changes in social, economic and cultural elements which will guide itself through cyberspace So that tomorrow man will direct most of his social and economic activities through cyberspace using human beings and there will be no need for people to be present in the field of economic and social interactions, among which banks have been in line for years with global activities. Effective steps have been taken to transform traditional banks into e-banking. Therefore, the present article examines the context of developments in the e-banking industry towards sustainable development, which deals with the qualitative method and review of the relevant documents, articles and theories. As a result, with the advent of e-commerce, industrial processes have changed, and the banking industry has evolved. The implementation of e-banking in each country requires different infrastructures, including material and human resources, whose technological growth and renewal in banks from On the one hand, they have increased the speed and quality of operations and services, and on the other hand, the development of cultural and social indicators of human resources in a modern environment.
