Boanthropy: case report

Abstract:

Boanthropy is a delusional belief that the person himself or others become a cow.  boanthropy have been known centuries ago and have been mentioned in various sources. In this report, a 60-year-old man who has been diagnosed with major depression since two years ago and has been introduced for treatment with boanthropy syndrome seven months ago. These referrals are treated with antipsychotic drugs and psychotherapy with the diagnosis of psychiatric depression.
