Abstract:

CONCLUSION  Apres avoir discute l'etiologie et la pathogenie de la maladie de Beh<;et, nous avons essaye de trai­ter trois patients atteints de cette maladie, par Jes immunosuppresseurs.  Les resultats ont etc les suivants:  I -Dans un cas le resultat est excellent; Ia vision est presque normalisee.  2 -Le deuxieme cas montre une amelioration partielle de la vision depuis 3 ans, sans aucune re­cidive.  3 -Le troisieme patient montre la disparition des signes oculaires et cutanes de la maladie tant que le traitement immunosuppresseur est institue.  Des l'arret du traitement, des signes d'hemorra­gies vitres reapparaissent.  Les immunosuppresseurs que nous avons utili­ses chez Jes trois patients ont ete du serie des alky­lants precisement chlorambucil (leukeran), cyclo­phosphamide (Endoxan) associes au debut au trai­tement corticoide a faible dose. La seule compli­cation notee est !'apparition d'une amenorrhee tran­sitorie chez une des patientes.  Notons qu'un quatrieme cas, un jeune gar<;on de 12 ans atteint de la maladie de Beh<;et est de­puis un mois sous traitement immunosuppresseur (cyclophosphamide et prednisone), mais ii est trop tot d'en prendre une conclusion.
