Abstract:

بیشتر زنان حامله بدلیل تغییرات معده و روده در دوران حاملگی دچار دردشکم می شوند. انتظار می رود که تهوع، سوزش سردل و یبوست وجود داشته باشد و بعنوان رویدادهای مشخصی دوران حاملگی در نظر گرفته شوند. دردهای شکمی می توانند بدخیم و مشکل ساز باشند. درد پهلو با بالای شکم می تواند نشان دهنده آپاندیسیت یا کله سیستیت که دو علت شایع برای عمل جراحی شکم در زنان حامله می باشند با نشان دهنده اتساع بیش از حد حالب باشد. درد اپی گاستر در سه ماهه سوم حاملگی از وقوع پره اکلامپسی حکایت می کند. پزشک باید بتواند درد خوش خیم شکم را از نوع بدخیم آن تشخیص داده و علائم توام، برای یک تصمیم گیری درست را مشخص کند.
