Abstract:

A rapid electrochemical technique was developed to determine 8-Hydroxyquinoline (8HQ). In the current study, the anionic surfactant Sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) was immobilized on the multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) paste surface for the fabrication of electrode to detect 8HQ in phosphate buffer solution (PBS) of pH 7.0. The response of SLS modified carbon nanotube paste electrode (SLSMCNTPE) was inspected via cyclic voltammetry (CV), and it exhibited a quasi-reversible, diffusion-controlled electrode process for 8HQ. Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM) was adapted to exemplify the electrode surface. The experimental parameters inclusive of variation in pH and scan rate were optimized. This currently prepared sensor displayed excellent stability, reproducibility, repeatability along with elevated sensitivity in CV with the limit of detection (LOD) 1.1×10-7 M and limit of quantification (LOQ) 3.9×10-7 M. Because of the ease of preparation and regeneration of the developed sensor extended new prospect for rapid, and sensitive analysis of 8HQ

wuthering heights and the concept of marality/a sociological study of the novel

to discuss my point, i have collected quite a number of articles, anthologies, and books about "wuthering heights" applying various ideas and theories to this fantastic story. hence, i have come to believe that gadamer and jauss are rightful when they claim that "the individaul human mind is the center and origin of all meaning," 3 that reading literature is a reader-oriented activity, that it ...

Poly(Niacin) Based Carbon Nanotube Sensor for the Sensitive and Selective Voltammetric Detection of Vanillin with Caffeine

In the current work, a novel sensor was developed for the analysis of Vanillin (VN) by electrochemical polymerization of Niacin over the surface of carbon nanotube paste electrode. The features of electrode surface was studied using Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FE‒SEM) images. Sweep rate variation study was conducted in the optimum pH (pH 7.0) for the evaluation of number of ele...

Sensitive Voltammetric Detection of Indomethacin Using TiO2 Nanoparticle Modified Carbon Ionic Liquid Electrode

In this work, a TiO2 nanoparticle modified carbon ionic liquid electrode (CILE) was employed as a sensitive sensor for the investigation of the electrochemical behavior of indomethacin (IND). This nanocomposite sensor has been fabricated by incorporation of TiO2 nanoparticles and the ionic liquid 1-hexylpyridinium hexafluorophosphate (HPFP). The surface of the electrode was studied by scanning ...

from linguistics to literature: a linguistic approach to the study of linguistic deviations in the turkish divan of shahriar

chapter i provides an overview of structural linguistics and touches upon the saussurean dichotomies with the final goal of exploring their relevance to the stylistic studies of literature. to provide evidence for the singificance of the study, chapter ii deals with the controversial issue of linguistics and literature, and presents opposing views which, at the same time, have been central to t...

Electrochemistry of metoclopramide at multi-walled carbon nanotube modified electrode and its voltammetric detection.

A simple, sensitive and inexpensive electrochemical method was developed for the determination of metoclopramide (MCP) with a multi-wall carbon nanotube (MWNT) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE). MWNT was dispersed into polyacrylic acid (PAA); the aqueous suspension was then cast on GCE electrodes, forming MWNT-PAA films after evaporation of the solvent. The electrochemical behavior of MCP ...
